Our neighbours in Bridge 5 Mill Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament have this gorgeous handmade banner, which has seen so much action over its 15 years of life. Inevitably, that means it had become rather torn and weathered.
Enter Stitched Up! We repaired the breaks and refreshed the text; while keeping the character and history of the banner. Of course, we used second hand fabric for reinforcement, and sun power for drying the paint.
We loved working on this project, and can’t wait to see this banner do amazing work for another 15 years.
