We’re excited to share that we have some brand new sessions for young people coming up, thanks to funding from Recycle for Greater Manchester.

Fashion Flip is a programme for young people aged 8-14. We’ll be running six four-week courses; three specifically for young people in home education and three after school clubs taking place during term time.

During each course, we’ll be reimagining, reworking and repairing clothes sitting unloved at the back of your wardrobe, with the aim of getting them back into heavy rotation again.

Our participants will gain skills in design, sewing, clothes repair and upcycling, get to know more about the impacts of fast fashion and be inspired by the creative ways they can take action.

At the end of the course, everyone will also receive a voucher to spend in our reclaimed textiles and sewing supplies shop, so that they can continue to practive their new skills at home.

Best of all, thanks to Recycle for Greater Manchester’s support, places on these courses are FREE, though if you can afford to make a contribution, your support will help us to continue our youth programme beyond the funded period.

The first course is currently open for bookings (starting on 22nd November).

If you’d like to be added to the waitlist for upcoming courses, send us an email, or keep an eye out here for announcements.
