Stitched Up diverted a whopping 538kg of fabric from landfill last year!
Here’s how we did it:
– Taking donations from businesses and individuals, offering a real alternative to chucking it in the bin
– Using these donations for workshops, giving fabrics a new purpose
– Selling fabric at our Yard Sales, allowing makers to choose a sustainable option for their creating
– Our Shred Up project, developing community driven solutions to textile waste in Greater Manchester
