Repair Café Roadshow

Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

| Free

Have you ever wondered about setting up a Repair Café in your local area?

Come along to one of these FREE workshops to find out how you could do just that!

On Saturday 9th June, the team behind Manchester Repair Café are going on tour! We’ll be running two workshops to show you how you can set up your very own Repair Café.

About the workshops:
>> Hear from the team behind Manchester Repair Café, as we share what we’ve learned since setting up the project in 2016.
>> Q&A session so you can ask any burning questions – maybe you want to know about funding, finding volunteers or anything else.
>> Hands-on skill share to help you tackle common electrical and bicycle repairs.

The workshops take place at two different venues on the same day, Saturday 9th June 2018:

10:30am – 12:30pm at Miners Community Centre
35 Teddington Rd, Moston, Manchester M40 0DJ

3pm – 5pm at Cheetham Hill Welcome Center
18 Brentfield Ave, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 0TW

Both workshops are FREE and open to all, but please RSVP below so we know how many people to expect.

There is a capacity of 30 people for each workshop.

These workshops have been made possible by a grant from the Postcode Local Trust
