Cancelling a workshop booking

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please inform us a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the workshop. Your booking can then be transferred to an alternative date, or refunded in full. Transfers can only be made once, so please make sure you can commit to the new dates.
We cannot offer a refund or transfer on workshops cancelled within 7 days. However, we are happy for you to invite a friend to attend in your place – simply get in touch to let us know.

PLEASE NOTE that the above cancellation policy does not apply to Clothes Swap bookings. Regretfully, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers on Clothes Swap bookings, as the cost of processing these requests is greater than the ticket value.

Covid-19 updates and rebookings

If you have a ticket from prior to the pandemic and have been unable to attend up until now, unfortunately we are unable to transfer your booking due to the time elapsed.

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
