Cancelling a workshop booking
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please inform us a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the workshop. Your booking can then be transferred to an alternative date, or refunded in full. Transfers can only be made once, so please make sure you can commit to the new dates.
We cannot offer a refund or transfer on workshops cancelled within 7 days. However, we are happy for you to invite a friend to attend in your place – simply get in touch to let us know.
Covid-19 updates and rebookings
Prior to the workshop starting, should you or someone in your household show symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to isolate via the Track and Trace app please let us know as soon as possible and we can rearrange your booking.
If you are a previous ticket holder and have had to rebook your ticket due to the pandemic, we shall liaise with you regarding your rebooking. Once your ticket has been rebooked we will send out a confirmation email and all the other necessary details, you will be required to respond to this email to acknowledge your booking. If you do not respond to this email at least 3 weeks prior to the workshop, your booking will not be confirmed and the space will be made available on the website.
If you miss any workshop or course and have not informed us of this happening, unfortunately your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation policy and we will not be able to refund or transfer your ticket.
Our right to cancel a workshop
Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
